Strawberry Butter

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
2 cups (4 sticks) butter
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until light pink in color. The butter can be refrigerated or kept frozen and used right from the freezer. Makes 2 1/2 cups butter.
