Marinated Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2-1/2 TBS Dijon mustard
2 TBS fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp paprika
Red pepper flakes to taste
Salt to taste
8 rib lamb chops cut 1 inch thick
Combine marinade ingredients in gallon zipper-seal bag. Add lamb chops, seal bag, and refrigerate at least 6 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Heat grill according to manufacturer directions. Drain chops from marinade. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade, or until desired doneness is reached. 4 servings.
