Basil Sesame Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
3 TBS rice vinegar
1 TBS lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
2 TBS Parmesan or Asiago cheese, grated
1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Freshly ground pepper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, cheese and basil. Slowly whisk in oils until combined and slightly thickened. Add pepper to taste. Serve over sliced tomatoes. Makes 3/4 cup.
