Easy Aioli

Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 tsp coarse kosher salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 TBS olive oil
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
Mash garlic and salt in small bowl until paste forms. Whisk in remaining ingredients, and taste for seasoning. Add more salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired. Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
