Rotisserie chicken to the rescue
Following a spectacular multi-person kitchen accident involving super-heated water, burns, tile floors, and broken bones, simplicity is currently our primary criteria in assessing menu ideas. We all love the convenience of a good deli-roast chicken, and with just a little extra time in the kitchen, we've turned out some interesting meals during the last couple of weeks featuring that item in a starring role.
